Customer Experience Survey

Fantastic results from our customer survey

We have conducted a customer survey, asking our recent clients about their experience at Social Cooking and our team building events. We were thrilled with the results, which have completely surpassed our expectations, and wanted to share them.

We’ve included charts below, but key findings from this survey were:

  • 84% of our customers described Social Cooking team building experiences as “Excellent”

  • 81% found the quality of our chefs and staff to be “Excellent”

  • 83% described our customer service as “Excellent”

  • The main reason our customers chose Social Cooking was they were looking for a unique team building experience

We then asked our customers about any feedback they’d like to give us. The responses were overwhelmingly positive, including:

  • “It was great fun, the staff were super helpful and everyone had a great time”

  • “It was a fantastic afternoon which went down well with all staff. Great venue and staff”

  • “It was amazing. We had loads of fun”

  • “The event was over and above our expectations”

  • “Our team loved the entire experience and would definitely do it again”

  • “We loved it! Was a great afternoon and we’ll be back”

We surveyed a total of 123 former customers, all of whom had recently booked a team building event with Social Cooking.
