Spicy Rum Hot Chocolate

Baby it’s getting cold outside! This is the perfect time to rug up, snuggle in front of the fire and sip a warming cup of hot chocolate. Made all the better with a bit of extra spice and a little bit of what you fancy.

Spicy Rum Hot Chocolate

Makes 1 serveIngredients:

1 cup milk60gm milk chocolate30gm dark chocolate1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp ground gingerPinch nutmegPinch cayenne pepper1.5 Tbsp rumWhipped cream to garnishMethod:

Add milk and chocolate to a small pot. Cook over a low heat, stirring, until the chocolate has dissolved. Whisk in the spices. Remove from heat, stir in rum and pour into a mug.
