Sending your teenager off to their first flat leaves many parents fretting about their non-existent cooking abilities. Chef Amanda Frecker to the rescue!
In this class for beginner cooks (aged 17+), we’ll take you through some simple to prepare meals that are nutritious and budget friendly.
- Batch cooking for the freezer
- One recipe for multiple different meals
- Keeping costs down
Class is 2.5 hours long. We are fully licensed and drinks or barista made coffee will be available throughout (not included in price above). Class is held at our Parnell premises in Auckland - 79a St George’s Bay Road.
Chef Amanda has owned a number of successful restaurants in Auckland, most recently Buck’s Bistro at Buckland’s Beach. She now runs SOS Frecker, providing catering for private and corporate events, and is back as a regular chef for Social Cooking team events and classes.
Please note: Number of attendees are set at checkout. Minimum class size is 8 attendees. If attendees are fewer than this, the class will be postponed and credit vouchers provided.
