A lot of training, guidance, a ton of hard work and immense passion has led me to where I am today… a Food Engineer.
Our guests love Laurent’s passion, flair and amazing personality. The dishes Laurent has cooked are rich with amazing complex taste, style and class.
For the past 15 years my passion has been Nutrition and cooking for people with special dietary requirements, teaching about healthy eating and whole foods.
Sam won Wellington on a plate and his cooking is edgy, classic and innovative. Our customers enjoy his youth, enthusiasm and stunning presentation skills.
I believe cooking should be interactive and be fun. If you have a love for your food then you can really taste it.
Rex Morgan is a go to on New Zealand heritage cooking and often incorporates native New Zealand ingredients such as Horopito on the Bistro menu.
I love to cook, I am a trained Chef and my passion is Italian food. I really focus on how ingredients can be adapted to different food styles.
Annabel ran an amazing show for a leading wind company. We were blown away with Annabel’s skills and how she engaged the guests with amazing passion, flair and fun. Annabel inspired us and we found out that she grew up in Karori.
I’m a French Chef, born in Paris, made by my hotel school in the city of Bergerac, France, many years ago and no relation to my nose!
I love to cook “real food” such as Pizza and Pasta, and according to the Social Cooking, I am one of the best pizza “maker” and “tosser” in the house.
