I remember from a young age being interested in cooking, helping my grandmother bake her famous ninish tarts and yo-yo biscuits. It could have been the promise of getting to lick to the frosting off the egg beaters that kept me interested, but it was seeing everyone come together to bond over eating all our delights.

I have now been cooking for 26 years and have travelled the world doing so, cooking for the likes of Nelson Mandella, The Rolling Stones and even the Queen. My passion and experience have grown over the years, I now teach Culinary Arts hopefully inspiring a new generation of chefs and passing on that passion for food.

PASSION – That’s what I love about working at Social Cooking it takes me back to having people bond over their love of food and if you are lucky I might just let you lick the frosting too.
