Everybody thought I was born an engineer, like all male members of my family. From an early age I loved to break things to figure out how they functioned, but along the way, I got drawn into breaking food and reconstructing it into something pleasing to the eyes and tasty to the palate. A lot of training, guidance, a ton of hard work and immense passion has led me to where I am today… a Food Engineer.

Working on cruise ships and cruising the world for the later half of the last decade, dropping anchor in almost 40 countries, meeting people from different cultures and their desire to learn about mine has changed my direction into enlightening others about food and my craft.

Working at Social Cooking for the last 3+ years, further allows me to share my acquired skills and knowledge in a fun environment.
