The struggle of winter is real! We have got some hearty recipes to keep you warm and treat your taste buds and revive Christmas feelings. Our Mid Winter Menu consists of evergreen Beef Wellington, seasonal Mid Winter Christmas Chicken & our completely new Chocolate Truffles show.

MEAT LOVERS BEEF WELLINGTON

A traditional British dish, Beef Wellington is a tricky yet truly classic and elegant recipe to master. On public demand Social Cooking has added 2 classes for an interactive and fun night where our Chefs will show to you the trick to roll perfect Beef Wellington.

MID WINTER CHRISTMAS CHICKEN

This is a perfect heart warming Mid Winter Christmas recipe to learn and invite friends over for a fabulous mid winter celebration! Premium Waitoa free-range chicken breast stuffed with chestnut and prunes, wrapped in bacon, served with French piped pommes duchesse potatoes and a reduced red wine jus – sounds amazingly good and tastes equally divine.

AFTERNOON OF CHOCOLATE DECADENCE

Perhaps the best feeling in the world – handling chocolate and making gourmet chocolate truffles. Afternoon of Chocolate Decadence is a complete brand new show for ladies. Come along with your mum, sister or your best friend and learn how to temper chocolate, make truffles and decorate truffles with nuts, cherries, coconut, white chocolate or combination of all. Feel like a chocolatière, enjoy a glass of bubbly on us and take home 9 truffles each!
