Social Cooking Venues and Venue Hire
Social Cooking can create fun experiential cooking events for groups of all sizes, from small groups of 10, right up to crowds of 300 or more, making us the perfect host for any large group events.
Social Cooking venues are in Auckland with pop-ups available in Wellington and selected locations nationwide.
Our Auckland Premises
Social Cooking premises in Auckland's Parnell can accommodate approximately 100 people for any of our event formats. This includes sitting down to eat together at the event's completion. This venue is fitted out with top of the line Whirlpool induction cook tops and steam equipped ovens.
This venue is also available for hire for private events, product or PR launches or shoots.

Pop-Up Venues
Outside of Auckland, we are happy to host your event at any suitable location. We have portable cooktops and all the equipment required, so you can experience the full Social Cooking experience. No matter where in New Zealand you're based.
In Wellington, we have pop-up venues available at Miramar Bowling Club, Victoria Bowling Club, and Courtenay Creative.

Large Group Events
We can also recommend large scale premises, in case you require space for large group events (100+ in Auckland). Our experienced team will take care of setting up the room to ensure a consistent Social Cooking experience.
All recommended Social Cooking premises are fully licensed, but any hireage costs are at the expense of the customer.
Venue Hire
Our Social Cooking venue in Auckland is available for part or full-day hire. Our venue has been used by a variety of companies for various events from media outlets using it as a background for filming, publishers and authors hosting book launches, businesses using the venue as a meeting space prior to a team-building event, cooking demos, product launches, private events, presentations, and much more.
The Venue
The venue has an industrial vibe and is an open plan area with the feeling of a home kitchen with professional appliances. We have separate designated areas for cooking and dining that can accommodate up to 100 guests for cooking & dining. A theatre-style event set up can seat up to 50 guests comfortably, perfect as a team venue hire premise.
There is a fully licensed bar on site with a duty manager available for any alcohol serviced.
Venue hire rate includes the use of the space, cooking utensils, cutlery & crockery. There are 10 sets of induction cooktops & ovens and ample fridge and freezer space.
Ingredients/ food can be organised in advance. Prices will be finalised once the menu and numbers are confirmed.

$900 + GST

$40 + GST (min 4 hours)

$35 + GST per hour (min 4 hours)
